Geminum is a science fiction interactive story game. Far into the future, humanity faces possible extinction from a global disaster. A colony spaceship is sent to an exoplanet that is the most Earth-like. Those remaining on Earth take shelter underground. It is their best chance for survival.
The journey does not end at ship's arrival, pioneers take an unexpected turn when they realize how different the "Intelligent Life" is defined away from their home, how precious a single human life is meant to the barren universe.

A unique interstellar story

In Geminum, the speed of light isolates spaces into fragments, traveling through stars is extremely challenging, therefore, Geminum is not another Sci-Fi story about dictator who tries to rule the entire galaxy nor rebels with their revolution. It is a story of exploring the cosmos across space and time, interacting with other sentient beings, learning what seems impossible, and imagining the unimaginable.

Features

15 Minutes a Story

Gameplay is constructed as a series of short stories throughout mankind’s 300,000-year spacetime journey. While all stories are loosely tied together, each is playable on its own. It takes up to 15 minutes to play each story. A fast gameplay will expose our players to more creative contents and not be frustrated of being stuck.

Not Another Puzzle Game

Whatever players do in Geminum, they won't be held by an irrelevant puzzle or mini-game. There are many planets to visit across multiple millennia, we don't want players to be interrupted by solving crosswords, cutting blue/red wire or matching 3 jewels.

Every Choice Matters

Games with interactive stories are often bogged down with a player having to make too many choices. This can detract from gameplay as multiple disparate choices can lead to the same outcome anyway. In Geminum, the amount of decisions a player makes is pared down. Each decision made within the 15-minute story is consequential and is presented immediately.

It Doesn't End Here

At the end of Geminum's prologue, a path is given, a choice is made and a new era is begun, from that day, "intelligent life" is redefined, and her universe is twisted.
